Course Description
Introduction to Economics 101 is one-half of a broad introductory survey course of economic issues and institutions. Micro (101) examines how decisions are made by individual consumers, individual firms and government.

I hope we can make the text book spring to life through current events. The domestic economy is doing well and we will have a pretty good view of what is happening through the Wall St. Journal. You will also be inspired by the book you will read about a real entrepreneur and business. (Hopefully one that succeeded.)

Prerequisite: Math 125
